OOTD: flower garden

Sunglasses - Topshop
Sandals - Matalan
Bracelet - Accessorize
Necklace - Primark

As soon as I booked a holiday a month or so ago I was desperate to do some shopping for it! I stumbled across this lovely New Look dress on Asos and just couldn't resist.
I absolutely love this orange flower print, it's so tropical and summery and thought this would be a perfect dress for my holiday. It would be so easy to just slip over a bikini in the day or dress up in the evening, if we had a very hot day here in England I would definitely whip it out then too!
It has slit's up both sides and as it's a slip dress does come up quite big to size as it's supposed to be a little oversized. I put a thin waist belt with it to give it a shape otherwise I felt as though it just hung on me, I got this in a size 8 but had I known it came up quite big would have probably brought a size 6.

I paired this dress with my gorgeous new bag also from New Look, I have been desperate for a backpack for a while and when I came across this white one I couldn't say no! I have seen a lot of bloggers rave about this bag and I totally agree - I love it! It goes so well with any outfit and is a great daily or even an overnight bag as it has loads of room and lots of various pockets.
I hope wearing this dress will encourage the sun to come back out soon!
